AUTOMATIC BLOOD COMPONENTS EXTRACTOR with four automatic welding heads.

Features :
HEMOTRANSFER-A is an automatic extractor for blood components prepared in standard bags, form centrifuged whole blood or platelet rich plasma (PRP) or buffy coat (BC). The machine is equipped with four automatic tube welding heads as standard.

To recognize and separate properly he different blood components, the on board software of the HEMOTRANSFER-A uses a high efficiency optical detector and the signal in volume from the two on board balances. The optical sensor detects with precision the threshold limits between Plasma and BC, while the balances measure the BC volume to collect and the quantity of plasma and/or SAG-M to reinsert.
The optical sensor is self calibrating to zero position (blank signal), every time a new procedure starts.
