2800 N95 Particulate Respirators

These N95 particulate respirators feature an added sorbent to filter out nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapors that are less than OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits. Flame-retardant added to shell to decrease flammability. The stretch cloth HandyStrap* with buckle lets mask hang around neck when not in use. Respirators have a contoured nose bridge with soft foam nose flange for all-day comfort. Dura-Mesh* shell resists collapsing in heat and humidity. Softspun* lining adds comfort and durability. Ventex* valve vents hot air for improved breathing. NIOSH 95 approved.

8233 N100 Respirator

This respirator is well suited for those who want NIOSH's highest rated filtration efficiency in a maintenance-free respirator. Can be used for grinding, welding, soldering, torch cutting, metal pouring, and OSHA substance-specific particle exposures including lead, cadmium, and arsenic. Adjustable straps, Cool Flow* exhalation valve, and a conformable face seal make this a comfortable, durable respirator. Provides minimum filtration efficiency of 99.97% against solid and liquid particles that do not contain oil.

Meets NIOSH 42 CFR 84 N100 requirements (TC-84A-1298). (3M 8233)

Disposable respirators provide a filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against oil-free particulate aerosols up to 10 times OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).

Exhale valve lets worker breathe out easily, keep cool longer. The contoured facepiece with Softspun* lining keeps worker comfortable. Durable mask with crush-resistant Dura-Mesh* outer shell will not absorb moisture or collapse. Stays clean-looking longer for more wear, greater economy. Straps are securely attached so they do not break at the seal. Available in three sizes: small, medium/large, and alternate shape (for workers with rounder facial features and flatter nose bridges).

Medium/large size respirators are also available in a locker/dispenser for easy storage and dispensing. Locker/dispenser contains a personal supply of five respirators. A separate locker compartment allows storage of a used respirator during worker breaks. Helps prevent premature disposal.
