CHILD'S MANUAL TILT TBL-LMO.

They function like electric models with one difference: vertical to horizontal tilt is achieved with an easy-to-turn crank instead of a motor. Crank is angled to provide leverage for maximum lifting efficiency. Manual operation conserves energy and costs less to operate than electric tilt tables.
